The staff were friendly and very accommodating, adding to a pleasant atmosphere. the room was quite small, and the breakfast options were limited. Considering the price, it could be a better value with improved room space and breakfast variety.

They’ve got amazing gluten-free options that really hit the spot. Plus, the location is killer, so you’re always close to the action. The staff here were super helpful, turning a rough experience into something special even if the hotel itself was lacking.

Now, here’s the kicker. I was charged before even seeing my room, and it was an absolute sardine can! We could barely move, and my co-workers had to do the bed-sharing thing, which was awkward at best. Breakfast was late and we ended up running behind for work. Definitely not my idea of a comfy stay.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed, and I couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is just a short walk from Central Park and close to several subway stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was a great bonus with a variety of options, and the staff was consistently friendly and eager to help. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped for three people with luggage.
